Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with MALU Elite. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, or believe you have received a faulty or incorrect product, we are here to help.

To arrange a return, please email info@maluelite.com within 14 days of receiving your products with your name, address and order number. 

If you believe you have received a faulty product, please attach a photograph of the item and the reason for your return. If your item is found to be faulty, we will offer you either a replacement (MALU Elite will cover the shipping costs) or a full refund. Our products are classified as faulty if they are received damaged within 14 days. General wear and tear after this 14 day period does not constitute a faulty product. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items can be returned within 30 days of the date you received your goods. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. 

Refunds:

On receiving your item, we will inspect it and if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours of receiving your return, however, it can take up to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable. We recommend obtaining a proof of postage when returning an item. Please ensure your products are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. Where your product is found to be faulty, shipping costs will be refunded to you.
